Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Olivia Grange (second right) unveils a bust of National Hero Marcus Mosiah Garvey at Emancipation Park in New Kingston last week. The busts of the seven national heroes were unveiled at the ceremony. The project was undertaken by the Rotary Club of Kingston as part of a special Jamaica 55 Legacy Project for the 2017-18 Rotary Year.
