BOJ sells US$240.5 M to forex market

The Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) said it sold through its trading room US$31.38 million to authorized dealers and cambios today, having invited bids for the foreign currency.
It sold at a rate of J$130.48 to US$1, the weighted average selling rate.
The offer today brings to US$240.51 million the total amount sold to the market for the month of May to date.
