Stocks Round Up | tTech, LAB and Paramount Trading today's top advancers

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index began September down. 

The slow trading session ended with an advance/decline ratio of 36/40.

The JSE Combined Index declined by 128.28 points or 0.03 per cent to close at 419,953.57.

The JSE Main Market Index was down 396.65 points or 0.09 per cent to close at 417,468.25 while the Junior Market Index advanced 24.06 points or 0.73 per cent to close at 3,332.66.

The JSE USD Equities Index declined 2.40 points or 1.30 per cent, closing at 182.89.

Losers

PBS 9.75 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, down 21.63 per cent to close at $81.50
Palace Amusement down 14.63 per cent to close at $965.99
Eppley Caribbean Fund SCC down 13.52 per cent to close at $40.25
Portland JSX down 12.25 per cent closing at $7.02
KLE down 11.30 per cent closing at $1.02

Market volume

Some 12 million units valued at over $61 million were traded today.

Volume leaders were Wigton, followed by FESCO and AMG Packaging.
