Stocks Round Up | KLE Group, Stanley Motta and SSL Venture Capital today's top winners

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index continued its bear run on Monday, ending marginally down on active trading with an advance/decline ratio of 50/39.

The JSE Combined Index declined by 1,131.94 points or 0.28 per cent to close at 407,004.68.

The JSE Main Market Index was down 1,121.73 points or 0.28 per cent to close at 402,843.29, while the Junior Market Index declined 9.32 points or 0.27 per cent to close at 3,395.08.

The JSE USD Equities Index was down 4.36 points or 2.19 per cent, to close at 194.90.

Losers

GWest down 15.96 per cent to close at $0.79
MPC Caribbean down 13.04 per cent to close at $100
Transjamaican (USD) down 12.63 per cent to close at US$0.01
Lasco Distributors down 6.86 per cent closing at $3.53
Indies Pharma down 6.80 per cent closing at $3.15

Market volume

Some 31.47 million units valued at over $190.97 million were traded today.

Volume leaders were Mayberry Investments, followed by FESCO and the Transjamaican.
