PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC – A High Court judge in Trinidad and Tobago, who is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, will return to court on July 3.
Justice Kevin Ramcharan appeared in the Port of Spain Magistrates’ Court on Monday, this after he was arrested following a vehicular accident in Maraval, on the outskirts of the capital.
Police said the judge was involved in the vehicular accident on Saturday night after his red Land Rover SUV crashed into another vehicle.
