A number of entertainment personalities gather oin stage at the Mas Camp, National Stadium, on Saturday night as as Charles Simms (third right, front), CEO of Seals and Engravables and co-promoter of Startime makes a presentation to baandleader LLoyd Parkes (third left, front) of Lloyd Parkes and We The People for the bands 40 years of contribution to Jamaican music and culture, Tommy Cowan (right) hosted the presentation. The event, billd as the return of the Original Startime, was slated to feature Marcia Griffiths, DJ Dillinger, Johnny Clarke, the Mighty Diamonds, Frankie Paul, Leroy Sibbles and Errol Dunkley.
