Springer Nature Finance Her Royal Highness Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips were welcomed in one of the classrooms by the teacher and children at the Lister Mair/Gilby School of the Deaf on December 12, 1973. Looking on are Mrs Violet Clarke (in glasses), headmistress of the school, and Mr Robert Hall (by the door), chairman of the School Committee and chairman of the Jamaica Association for the Deaf.
