Saint's International Style Week 2018 featured an array of exclusive designs from Jamaican creatives scattered across the globe. At their grand finale, Fashion Block, Rick Bailey Designs made an unapologetic entrance as models garbed in their latest "Trendy Men" Collection, suavely made their way down the catwalk.
His innovative twist on traditional designs has revolutionised the face of Jamaican couture. Each garment featured cutting-edge styles and precision-made apparel that is intuitive, charming, and unique. What started as a dream fuelled with passion over 30 years ago, became one of the Caribbean's premiere house of style for both men and women.
The Portland native's quest to make an impact within the Jamaican diaspora was made possible with the opening of his storefront in New York, which fortified his mission to rebrand his work from Rick B to Rick Bailey Designs International. The store features a remarkable fusion of international grandeur and Jamaican culture which specialises in both executive attire and casual wear.
Each year, Rick Bailey continues to outdo himself by redefining his boundaries and diving head first into his creative persuasion. Rick Bailey Designs plans to launch their new line in December 2018, along with their e-commerce website, which allows persons to order custom fit outfits at their leisure.
