Bachelor Chef Cookout Celebrates 10
They say food is love, and Bachelor Chef Cookout (BCC) is ready to share the love and dish out some scrumptious offerings in an all-you-can-eat buffet affair for foodies everywhere. The dedicated group of food lovers, BCC, hosted the launch of the10th staging of the premier food series' at the Tiki Hut, formerly known as Kabana, last Thursday night.
Deemed the Best of the Best Edition, the event was bigger and even better than the last, with sponsors and specially invited guests coming out in their numbers to show their support. Those in attendance were in high spirits as they engaged in light chit-chat, while in the good company of Luc Belaire, Remy Martin and PatrÛn.
Sponsors CPJ, CB Group and NestlÈ, among others, took to the stage to toast BCC for the growth and development they have witnessed for the past 10 stagings. They also expressed sincere gratitude for being a part of this delicious process and look forward to greater things in the future.
The bachelor chef himself, Chef Shea Stewart, also stepped into the spotlight and thanked everyone for turning out to the launch. In his address, he took a stroll down memory lane, recalling the days of what was once a backyard barbecue among family and friends. Fast-track to today, and while the event has got bigger and better, one thing that remains at the heart of the barbecue is the laid-back, good vibe and, of course, the mouth-watering food.
To mark a decade of BCC, the organisers have decided to fuse their favourite dishes from previous cookouts to create a culinary feast fit for kings and queens. And to get their foodies involved, they are currently running a competition on their Facebook and Instagram pages for everyone to vote on the menu item they would like BCC to bring back.
