On Friday, when restaurants throughout Montego Bay open their doors showcasing their impressively mouthwatering Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week 2015 menus, their main intention for diners is to have them 'Dig In'.
Last Wednesday night, RW 2015 ambassador, Dr Germaine Spencer and his wife, Kerene, dug into the most delicious Indian food this side of the world, when Mystic India unveiled their offerings.
The Spencers dined on chilli shrimp, mutton seekh kebab and tandori chicken served with mint sauce as appetiser and revelled in mutton Rogan Josh, butter chicken in a cream and tomato base, accompanied with lemon rice and coconut naan as their main course.
A visit to Mystic India, without dessert is a no, no, so you guessed it, chilli chocolate mouse did the job.
