As owner Jason Russell explains it, "We are a pulsating, open-air seafood restaurant, bar and unique entertainment centre that has been in operation since 1986. We never go to sleep and are the only place in Montego Bay where patrons will call at, say, 2-3 in the morning, for one of our signature burgers."

She continued, "Our steak is also one of the best in the island, and I say this without any fear of contradiction. Also, our service is second to none, which is a big reason why we do so well with locals," he added.
