Body By Kurt Fitness recently held its inaugural FitFest Fitness Party and Expo in New Kingston under the theme 'Veterans vs Millennials'.

Body By Kurt frontman Kurt Dunn described the high-energy vibes atop the Emancipation Car Park as "fun and breathtaking", as he encouraged fitness enthusiasts to look out for the summer edition to be held on July 28.

With a strong presence from title sponsors Spartan, along with associates Hilyte, Kendel, Fit 4 Life, Ensure, KIG, Vigorton2, FHC, Kool FM, Happy Ice, Western Sports, FLOW, FitnessJunkies, Thia's Juice Bar, Natural Fitness, BCIC Heart Foundation and Jamaica Red Cross, 16 instructors led the large turnout through a series of activities after Dunn guided patrons through the pre-warm-up.

From stick aerobics to Latin, dancehall to yoga, patrons were kept moving throughout the event. Even during the breaks, competitions such as arm-wrestling and push-ups kept the energy high.

Instructors included Sweet Energy Fitness, Mad Andru, Sparticus, Steve Ming, Lipton Lee, Sanity, Grand Master Brian, Karel, Jason, Keith, Oral, Donovan, Myers Fitness, Andro Henry, Endeavours Dancers and Dave.
