Five new COVID cases push total to 569, recoveries up by 12

The new cases comprise four women and one man from the parishes of Manchester, St James, St Catherine, Kingston and St Andrew.

Jamaica has recorded five new COVID cases pushing the total to 569.

The new cases comprise four women and one man from the parishes of Manchester, St James, St Catherine, Kingston and St Andrew. 

Of the five new confirmed positive cases, one is from the group of repatriated Jamaicans processed at the Falmouth pier,  two are from the group that returned from the United States on May 13 and the other two are under investigation.

Meanwhile, there have been 12 more recoveries increasing the tally to 279.
