Noisy CRU Bar driving me up the wall

I wish to express my utter disgust at the continued behaviour of the operators of CRU Bar & Kitchen. The bar has been operated as an open-air eatery and nightclub of sorts to the detriment of residents of Lady Musgrave Road.
At the time of writing at 12:41 a.m. on May 3, they continue to trespass upon my privacy by causing their music to prevent me from sleeping.
It is clear that I would not have been able to produce at work tomorrow and could even have been a liability to myself and other road users.
Really, the operation of an open-air nightclub-type restaurant and bar in an area with residents should be obviously unacceptable. How could a company that suggests that it is a responsible corporate citizen behave in that way? Or are the police right and money, indeed, talks, turning what used to be valuable property into a ghetto where anything goes?
Sleepy, sick, tired and frustrated. And mad as hell!
