Condemn Cosby for serial rapes

THE EDITOR, Sir:
How dare Bill Cosby's lawyers compare his trial to the lynching of Emmett Till?That poor young man was viciously beaten to death and thrown into a river for whistling at a white woman.
Cosby has been a serial rapist for decades, admitting in court that he drugged women. He planned each of these rapes. Now his lawyers are playing the race card for a wealthy, famous man who has got away with rape because he is wealthy and famous.
This isn't about a black person or a white person. This is about a serial rapist.
