Frustrated with NCB

THE EDITOR, Sir:
In reference to article 'NCB addressing ABM issues' (Gleaner, May 30, 2018, I would like to add my frustration.
I live in Red Hills and there are no functional NCB ABMs on Red Hills Road. One used to be in PriceSmart. The last time I checked, it was not in service. The one in Red Hills Mall has been closed for a couple of weeks now.
