Thumbs down for 2018 Coaster

THE EDITOR, Sir:
The 2018 Toyota Coaster bus is a flawed image of the company's product line. The vehicle is shorter, lacks space, and is seriously not stylish.
It is the worst model that I have seen and fully disappointed with the features and the obnoxious look. Passengers have to be walking on the area that houses the engine and gear box to reach the front seat, there is not much space between the seats, there is no unfolding middle seat, and the leg room for passengers is extremely poor. Some owners have installed semi-finish hassocks without back support for passengers.
We the operators in the tourist industry and other value-added services are not getting value for our money from the Japanese manufacturers.
We fail to accept this product from the Japanese automakers. It's a poor product in its entirety and dampens the image of Toyota's craftsmanship. The older models are optimally better in comparison to the sad reality of the 2018 Toyota Coaster bus.
