Toni-Ann you make us proud

THE EDITOR, Madam:

I feel so happy that Jamaica’s Toni-Ann Singh was elevated to the top as Miss World. We in Jamaica are little but the world looks and sees that we are a great island.

We are always a top star that shines Jamaica’s image bright around the world, attracting investors to our island to create more jobs, strengthen the economy and promote growth.

Toni-Ann Singh has let all young people in Jamaica know that there is a light at the end of tunnel, so young persons can go after their dreams and not turn to a life of crime. I hope she is conferred with the Order of Jamaica.
