Students need to behave better in public

Published:Saturday | November 6, 2021 | 12:08 AM

THE EDITOR, Madam:

Schools may be open soon for face-to-face classes, which depends on how many students are fully vaccinated. I would like to reiterate that, when students return to school, they should show good behaviour in public. They should avoid being loud, or using foul language, especially on public transportation or when they are in public places.

School students ought to stop listening to dirty songs; teenagers and schoolgirls must stop getting involved with men. Students need to pray for safety against kidnapping instead of getting influenced by lewd lyrics.

We all need to pray to God, thanking Him for the gift of life and keeping us safe from COVID-19. Pray to keep themselves safe from gunmen, murderers and criminals. Finally, there is an urgent need to improve the public transportation system, which is in deep disarray. What is going to happen when schools reopen? There will be chaos. The Government needs to do something urgently.
