Patrons were in high spirits as Guinness launched its Infused Food Series at Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records last Thursday. Guests were treated to Chef Dionne Gordon’s Guinness-infused creations, including a succulent, well-seasoned Guinness-infused jerk salmon, Guinness bread pudding, and a Guinness punch. The series will feature five chefs creating tantalising infused meals.
