The 94th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, honoured the best films released between March 1 and December 31, 2021, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 27. The ceremony was hosted by Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes. After last year’s limited-capacity event, the 2022 Academy Awards saw a return to form – starting with the red carpet outside the Dolby Theatre in the heart of Hollywood, and quite a bit of celebration on the inside.
