From sparkling wine to the blooming roses, guests were captivated by clouds, the soothing sounds of violins and the precision and movement of the guest ballerina at the Hope Botanical Gardens’ Sunken Gardens. Le Champ Brunch took attendees into a time machine of all-white opulence. The savoury and sweet offerings did everything to please the palates.
