Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett and The Jamaica Tourist Board led Jamaica’s attractive presence to the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Travel Market is the leading global event for the inbound and outbound travel industry in the Middle East welcoming over 2,000 exhibitors, with over 150 countries represented and 34,000 attendees.
Jamaica is preparing to welcome a sharp increase in tourists from the Middle East and India in coming years as part of the minister’s “new markets” build out strategy. Here are the Something Extra highlights:
