Anticipation soared as over 300 women from diverse backgrounds gathered at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel last Saturday for the fourth staging of the Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS) under the theme 'Thrive'. First-time attendees got a chance to take in the inspiring atmosphere, while seasoned participants, affectionately dubbed 'Igniters', geared up for a transformative day of workshops and keynote presentations from globally renowned leaders.

The summit featured world-class speakers, including Prophet Christopher Beleke, Dr Shalette Ashman, Pastor Dianne Fletcher, Alicia Taylor, and Megan Ashley, whose candid and heartfelt podcast-style interview resonated deeply with attendees. Reflecting on her impact, Megan Ashley said, "It’s both humbling and terrifying to realise the depth of my impact and that so many Jamaicans know who I am. It’s a powerful reminder that to whom much is given, much is required."

The day began with a high-energy session of praise and worship, followed by engaging workshops such as 'Vision to Victory: Building Your Business Legacy', led by Dr Shalette Ashman, and 'Empower Your Mind: Strategies for Breaking Mental Barriers to Success', facilitated by Prophet Christopher Beleke. A panel discussion on leadership and family dynamics titled 'God’s Leading Lady' was another highlight, featuring Pastor Dianne Fletcher, Alicia Taylor, and Pastor Trudy Tucker.

The event also served as a platform to spotlight the W.A.R. (Women at Risk) Initiative, a signature outreach programme of the Woman Ignite Foundation, which supports vulnerable women in Jamaica through counselling, mentorship, and financial assistance.
