Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen began its week-long Tabanca in the Kitchen series last Monday with Passport to New Orleans. The intimate culinary space set the tone for an evening of bold Southern-inspired flavours and crafted cocktails, including the Tennessee sling, as guests put on aprons for an immersive, hands-on food experience. Something Extra has the social highlights from the Visa-powered event.
