This is a home built today and tomorrow.

Completed four months ago, it lays the foundation for a contemporary living space that meets the owner’s present and future needs. Designed to be smart, sustainable, and resilient in its composition, it is set within a gated upscale neighbourhood in Richmond, St Ann, and offers privacy and an escape from the ordinary.

A palette of white and grey defines the interiors. Architecturally, glass-railed balconies meet intricate stone-clad columns, and impact-resistant sliding glass windows and doors modernise the structure’s outward appearance. The driveway grabs your attention with its concrete pavers and grass growing in between. The swimming pool features a wonderful waterfall feature, and a built-in hot tub.
