Occasion was a visit by a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, led by Buchanan, congratulated Rainforest Seafoods on its accomplishment as the first company from the English-speaking Caribbean to exhibit at the International Boston Seafood Show (also known as Seafood North America).
Rainforest Seafoods' Jardim and his management team showcased their wide range of seafood offerings to more than 20,000 international buyers and suppliers who attended the three-day expo. On display were Jamaican spiny tail lobster, conch as well as Rainforest's growing range of innovative, value-added seafood products such as fish nuggets and snapper burgers. This milestone for the company is an integral part of the company's focus on growing its exports and entering new markets.
