Trelawny municipal cop stabbed by handcart operator remains in hospital

A municipal policeman in Falmouth, Trelawny, remains in critical condition in the Cornwall Regional Hospital after being stabbed in the back last Friday.

It is reported that the attacker earlier had a quarrel with the municipal policeman.

Sometime after, he is reported to have gone to a store to buy a knife which he used to stab the municipal policeman.

The attacker then turned himself in to the police.

The attacker who operates a handcart is reported to have often had clashes with the municipal policeman.
