'Judge' arrested in connection with murder of Canadian teen

Detectives from the Hunts Bay Police Station are confirming that Omar James otherwise called ‘Judge’ is now in custody.
James was listed as a Person of Interest following the shooting death of 14-year-old Ricardo Williams of Scarborough, Ontario, Canada on Sunday, August 30, 2015, at a wake on White Lane in Olympic Gardens, Kingston 11.
He reportedly turned himself in to the Hunts Bay Police on Monday evening.
