CIBC FirstCaribbean Supports Education
Best Care Foundation's efforts to provide for physically and mentally challenged children has got a welcome boost with a sponsorship cheque from CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank.
Orville Johnson, chairman of the bank, said the funds received would "help the school with its focus on introducing the students to skills that make them employable and productive and facilitate independent living".
Nigel Holness, managing director, commended the Best Care Foundation on its contribution of more than 30 years of ensuring that the physically and mentally challenged get the attention and assistance they need for self actualisation.
He said that the bank had noted and was "very impressed with the creative means being used by the foundation to remain relevant and viable".
