US steak house franchisee gets taste of Jamaica
Ron McKay, American Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, ADS Global, hosted Steve F. de Castro, a top franchisee for popular United States restaurant chain, Ruth's Chris Steak House, the largest steak-house chain in the world, at Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records, St Andrew.
CEO and owner of Big Steaks Management, LLC, de Castro, is a prime example of an individual who is living "the American dream" having been born near Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and migrating to the United States of America in the 1960s.
Today, de Castro's company operates 10 restaurants, clubs, and banquet facilities in Maryland, North Carolina, and New Jersey. These include Ruth's Chris Steak House in Baltimore, Annapolis, Pikesville, Maryland ; Ruth's Chris Steak House in Cary, North Carolina; Ruth's Chris Steak House in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Babalu Grill, Havana Club and Blue Sea Grill in Baltimore, as well as The Crystal Room in Pikesville, Maryland.
The visitors enjoyed the ambience and the cuisine at Tracks & Records.
