Christmas lyme time for Mobay Chamber
Members of Montego Bay's business community took time out from their busy schedules to celebrate a relatively successful 2015 at Whitter Village in Ironshore, Montego Bay, on Wednesday.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Winchroy Budhoo, in charge of Area One, was on hand to provide safety tips to the business operators. He also gave an update on anticrime strategies being employed by crime fighters to curtail the escalating crime situation that has resulted in three of the four divisions under his command leading the murder statistics.
The event was sponsored by the Montego Bay Co-operative Credit Union was also used to promote the commercial-community group's first fund raiser for 2016, Food Fashion and Dance, to be held at Shoppe de Rose Hall in Montego Bay on September 30.
