Licensed firearm holder shoots alleged robber in Clarendon

A 23 year old man was fatally shot yesterday along a section of the Chapelton Road in Clarendon by a licensed firearm holder whom he had allegedly robbed.
The dead man was later identified as Roshane Blake otherwise called Markie of a Chapelton Road address.
It is alleged that Blake was shot after he grabbed a chain from a man's neck.
The May Pen police, who were quick on the scene, say the shooting took place about 4:25 yesterday afternoon.
The police have confirmed that Blake was wearing a mask and they say a 9 milimetre firearm was recovered from his person.
Investigations are ongoing.
