Second company slated to begin oil exploration in Jamaica

Energy Minister Phillip Paulwell says the government is in the final stages of negotiations to bring a second major investor in oil exploration to Jamaica.
Paulwell said the negotiations are expected to be completed in March.
Following this, he says the license to begin exploration activities will be granted.

Minister Paulwell said work valued at some US$70 million has already been done by Tullow Oil.
