Small business enterprises get training

National Commercial Bank (NCB) recently hosted workshops at their corporate training centre designed by the bank to help it better organise and improve their businesses.
Topics dealt with over the five-month workshops included: understanding how to read financial statements, what to look for in a good accountant, marketing fundamentals, using key performance indicators, developing 'how to' manuals, team building and leadership, among many others.
Workshop Liaison and Portfolio Officer at NCB Dale Seaton explained that the bank offered
the five-month training to small medium enterprise customers in an effort help small businesses correct bad business practices affecting their profitability.
