Diamond Crest facility escapee recaptured in Manchester

The inmate who escaped from the Diamond Crest facility in St Elizabeth Wednesday afternoon has been recaptured.
According to the National Security Ministry, 29-year-old Romaine Robinson otherwise called Shotta, Oneil and Crab was held last night in Gutters, Manchester.
Robinson, was admitted to the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre in 2012 to serve a seven-year sentence for robbery with aggravation.
The Department of Correctional Services thanks the security forces, the media and citizens who aided in the recapture of the inmate.
