Footprints: Andel Dominique Bennett - Humble twin departs

Andel Dominique Bennett, affectionately known as 'Andy', was the second of two bouncing baby boys born to Donavon and Sharon Bennett on October 6, 1998 and spent a few years of his life in Portmore and Kingston until his mother relocated to her hometown in Ramble, St Thomas.

In his early years, Andy displayed much courage and dedication. People saw the potential that this gifted teenage boy had possessed and he was described as being very ambitious and having the will to win.

Andy could be described in several ways - courteous, sociable, humble, and willing to participate in programmes to elevate the mind, such as representing his school in football competitions as well as at the club level.

On February 20, 2016, the epic journey that Andy had taken ended mysteriously.
