Police minibus transporting 'dangerous' prisoners crashes on Oxford Road

There are no reports of serious injuries following a road traffic collision involving a prisoner transfer minibus and a private vehicle along Oxford Road, St Andrew, a short while ago.

The incident has, however, resulted in a traffic pile up.

A cop on the scene said "dangerous" prisoners were being transported when the crash happened with a private minibus.

However, it's not clear what led to the collision.

The prisoners were soon after transferred to another police vehicle which was quick on the scene, and carted off.
