Accused killer of JC student also facing sex charge

Quacie Hart, the man charged with the murder of 14-year-old Jamaica College student, Nicholas Francis, is now also facing sex charges.
The police allege that between June and October 2015 Hart impregnated a minor with whom he had a relationship.
He has now been charged under the Sexual Offences Act of 2010 for having sex with a person under the age of 16.
He is scheduled to appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on November 23.
