Ex-boyfriend of murdered St Andrew woman surrenders to police
Phillip Brown, the 35-year-old man wanted for the murder of his common-law-wife at their Crystal Towers Apartment in St Andrew has surrendered to the police.
The police Corporate Communications Unit says Brown, a construction worker, turned in himself to detectives assigned to the St Andrew Central Police about 12:55 a.m. today.
He was accompanied by relatives.

Brown was wanted in relation to the murder of 31-year-old common-law-wife Kerry-Ann Wilson, whose body was found, wrapped in a tarpaulin at her home on Saturday, December 10.
The police say Brown will be interviewed in the presence of his attorney before he is charged.
