Flooding in Runaway Bay, police station evacuated

Heavy overnight rains that continued into this morning have resulted in severe flooding in parts of Runaway Bay, St Ann.

The flooding has impacted traffic flow on the main road.

It has also affected the Runaway Bay Police Station which has had to be evacuated.

The National Works Agency has been advised of the flooding and is said to be responding.
