Several St Ann communities to be without piped water until January 5

The National Water Commission (NWC) says it is working to restore regular water supply to Ann customers affected by a technical breakdown at the Bridgewater Re-lift Station in the parish.

The affected communities are: Discovery Heights, Bridgewater, Primrose Hill and Discovery Bay.

The NWC its team is working to resolve the technical challenges at the re-lift station before Friday, January 5, 2017.   

In the interim, the commission says water will be trucked to the affected areas.
