Holness: Cultural change needed to contain crime

Speaking at a function in Kingston yesterday, Prime Minister Andrew Holness, said Jamaica has a cultural problem that needs to be tackled to contain crime.

He said he believes the increase in some crimes now being observed is a result of increased reporting.

However, he believes it’s been a long-standing problem.
