Police morale affected by deaths of colleagues — Wilson

Police Federation Chairman Sergeant Raymond Wilson says the morale of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) members has been severely impacted by the deaths of two cops within 24 hours.

Sergeant Wilson said the police federation has dispatched welfare personnel to assist grieving members of the force as well as immediate family members of the two deceased policemen.

Wilson said he is appealing for persons to come forward with information that can lead to the arrest of those responsible for the police sergeant's death.
