10 garbage bags of ganja seized in downtown Kingston

The police are reporting the seizure of about 288 pounds of ganja in downtown Kingston.
The drug is worth an estimated $1.4 million.
The police say the seizure was made by personnel assigned to the Darling Street Police Station during an operation along Beckford Street.
According to the police, about 4:20 this morning the team searched a building and found 10 black garbage bags containing ganja.
They say no one was taken into custody in connection with seizure.
