10 shot, including children, across the Corporate Area Monday

At least 10 people were shot, including children, across the Corporate Area yesterday.

The police say about 3 o' clock in the afternoon gunmen went to the Andrew community of Payne Land where they shot four persons including a 2-year-old child.

One man died.

The police say about 4 o'clock gunmen carried out an attack in Olympic Gardens shooting four persons including a 11-month-old child.

They were taken to hospital where the two men and a woman died and the infant admitted.

Meanwhile, two persons were shot in Unity Lane in Trench Town.

One man later succumbed to his injuries at hospital.
