Man detained in St Thomas following gun find

A man is in the custody of the St Thomas police following the seizure of a firearm and five rounds of ammunition yesterday morning in Port Morant, St Thomas.
The police were reportedly carrying out operations in the area about six o'clock when they entered a house in Port Morant and conducted a search.
The illegal items were reportedly found and the man detained.
