UPDATE: Technology Minister reports no major injuries following Portmore crash
Technology Minister Dr Andrew Wheatley has indicated that he received no major injuries in yesterday's motor vehicle crash in Portmore, St Catherine.
In a tweet, Wheatley said he was fine and thanked people for their good wishes.
".. Just have some neck pains. I hope the others involved in the accident are doing well," Wheatley posted.

The Technology Minister was rushed to a hospital after he was hurt in a three-vehicle crash in Portmore, St Catherine around 9 o'clock in the morning.
The crash happened at the four-way intersection of Passageforth, Portsmouth, Waterford and Independence City.
People who said they witnessed the crash reported that the driver of the black Toyota Prado in which the minister was travelling, disobeyed the traffic signal then swerved to avoid hitting a car before the vehicle overturned.
Two other cars then hit the Prado.
Police quickly arrived on the scene and rushed the minister to a hospital.
However, his driver, who was wearing a police identification card, remained behind gathering documents that had scattered in the vehicle on the impact of the crash.

A woman who was driving one of the cars reported that she was injured and was also taken to a hospital.
The driver of the other car did not report any injuries.
