Jamaica's newest digital agency Bumble Bee, is set to diversify the island's digital space by adding targeted Wi-Fi advertising, social media management, and integrated marketing to its list of specialisations.

The company recently penned a long term Wi-Fi advertising contract with Surgix Jamaica Ltd, a provider of quality medical devices and surgical services.

"Based on the available targeting techniques, Wi-Fi marketing is the perfect solution for Surgix to target the right audience and connect with people who are in-market for their services," said Keerene Carty, CEO of Bumble Bee Digital Agency.

The company has moved to acquire similar contracts with other corporate advertisers as it moves to become the region's digital media leaders.

The agency has been working to ensure that the buzz is everywhere by signing an exclusive contract with Growth Tech Limited, a wireless service connectivity provider.

Growth Tech Limited has dominated the mobile Wi-Fi space particularly the Jamaica Urban Transit Company fleet and several tour bus entities.

The use of the Wi-Fi service will produce a reservoir of demographic data on a wide cross-section of commuters.

This facilitates effective targeting capabilities that will prove beneficial to any advertiser.

"For business leaders who are seeking to increase their brand affinity and loyalty, Bumble Bee Digital believes that targeted Wi-Fi advertising will complement these corporate strategies.

"Bumble Bee is committed to working with our clients to achieve their marketing objectives within their budget through careful ad strategy, targeting, optimisation and use of analytics," added Carty.
