Nestlé has taken steps towards digital immersion with the roll-out of a social media platform for organisations, Workplace by Facebook. Workplace is a collaborative platform built by Facebook and launched in 2016 after being developed and used throughout the company by employees keen to build on Facebook’s ethos of internal collaboration. The Workplace champions took their responsibility seriously and engaged team members to take the platform seriously. They were an integral part of making the Anglo-Dutch Caribbean market score the highest adoption rate for the GMCG conglomerate.
